Hong Kong First Timers
Day 1-May 29, 2015: Clarkfield Pampanga to Hong Kong We woke up 2:00 AM to prepare because we instructed the receptionist last night to arrange a taxi for us at 3:30 AM. From my researches, you should be 3-4 hours earlier than your flight to give way for the long queue in the immigration interview. However, when we arrived at Diosdado Macapagal International Airport, the guard told us that check in starts @ 4:30 AM. That is 1:30 hours waste of time. Quick tip: Pay the travel tax PhP 1,620.00 before checking in so they can give your boarding pass right away. After which, go to immigration & pay PhP 600.00 for terminal and security fee and fill up the form before your short interview. We boarded 10 mins earlier than our scheduled flight. Yippee! Route: Baguio Victory Liner PNR Terminal bound for Sampaloc because it will have a stop over at Dau Terminal - Php 306.00 (May 2015) If from Dau, there is a shuttle going to airport, just ask for it from any of the vendors around
